IT'S NEXT WEEK...
Charger Football will begin its Pre-season lifting and conditioning Tuesday, June 27, 2023. The start time is 7:00 p.m., and it will go on until finished. It will not exceed two hours. The workouts will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday until the season begins.
Regularly scheduled football season is tentatively scheduled for Monday, July 31, 2023. All prospective football players from the 8th grade to the 12th grade are encouraged to attend! It is suggested that each athlete have an updated VHSL physical for the workouts.

Congratulations to the fourteen Teachers for Tomorrow students who passed the Parapro® Exam this school year. This nationally recognized test is used to measure reading, math, and writing skills. Students who passed this test may apply for instructional assistant and substitute teacher jobs after high school graduation. As a result of the Parapro® testing this year, a graduating senior is applying for an instructional assistant position with the county.
Good afternoon LCPS Families! Just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, May 24, is the last day of school for the 2022-2023 School Year. This is an early dismissal day for students. Central High School and Lunenburg Middle School will dismiss at 12 noon. Kenbridge and Victoria Elementary Schools will dismiss at 12:30 p.m. Have a safe and enjoyable Summer Break!
💜💛The Charger Track teams had 31 athletes qualify for the Region 1 - B Track Meet this Wednesday. This year's meet will be held at Sussex Central High School. Field Events will commence at 1:45 pm and Running Events will begin at 3:00 pm. Region B admission is $8.00. Parents and fans should bring lawn or bag chairs. GO CHARGERS!💜💛#LetsGoChargers
⚾️💜💛The Charger Baseball Team attained the #3 Seed in the Region 1 - B and will host #6 Seed Rappahannock County on Thursday, May 25th at 6:00 pm in a Regional Quarterfinal game. ⚽️🥎💜💛Congratulations to our Charger Softball and Soccer teams for attaining our region's top seeds after excellent regular seasons. Both teams will have a first round bye this week before returning to action on Tuesday, May 30th. Soccer will host the winner of #4 Franklin and #5 Surry. Softball will host the winner of #4 Surry vs. #5 Cumberland. Both games will have a 6:00 pm start time. ⚽️🥎💜💛#LetsGoChargers
