Congratulations to Mr. Seamster and his Economics and Personal Finance students!
We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Seamster has been honored with an award for his outstanding contributions to financial literacy at CHS. Our school was recently recognized in New York City as one of the top 100 schools in the nation for financial literacyâa testament to the hard work and dedication of Mr. Seamster and his students. The students pictured all scored 90% or above on the test. Several qualified for a scholarship by scoring 96% or above.
This achievement not only brings pride to CHS but also highlights the incredible impact of financial education on our students' futures.
Well done, Mr. Seamster, and congratulations to all involved!

đImportant Update for Todayâs CHS JV Football Game đ
Due to the intense heat and humidity, weâre implementing the following changes to ensure everyoneâs safety:
đStart Time: The game will now begin at 7:30 PM.
đQuarter Length: Each quarter will be shortened from 10 minutes to 8 minutes.
đQuarter Breaks: Weâll be extending the time between quarters as needed.
If these measures arenât enough to manage the conditions, we may need to postpone the game. Stay tuned for any further updates, and please stay hydrated and safe! đ§đ
